Fireside is a live streaming platform co-founded by Mark Cuban and Falon Fatemi that reimagines the relationship between talent and their audiences. Instead of watching passively, fans can step onto the virtual stage, speak directly with creators, and take part in the show itself. Networks from Steve Harvey, Cesar Millan, and Tyler Henry quickly grew around this model, creating live moments that felt personal and immediate even as shows drew massive audiences.

I joined Fireside early as one of the core React Native engineers and spent nearly five years helping the product grow. I worked across the mobile app, from authentication and onboarding to show creation, stage participation, and host tools. I built native modules, optimized performance, managed releases, and fixed issues as the platform scaled.

Unlike earlier roles where I moved quickly between projects, Fireside gave me the chance to stay with a single product, watch it grow, and contribute to its evolution over time. It has been the most rewarding project of my career, combining startup pace with the challenge of supporting well-known talent and fast-growing audiences.
